Airflow Sensor
Mounted in air cleaner assembly, this sensor measures airflow rate. See Fig 1 . The ECU uses airflow sensor information to control fuel delivery and secondary air management. On Starion intercooled models, an atmospheric pressure pick-up nipple (leading to atmospheric pressure switching solenoid valve) has been added to air cleaner.
