Power Circuits
Turn ignition on. Check for battery voltage on ECU power terminals. See POWER TERMINAL IDENTIFICATION table. If battery voltage is not present, check operation of MPI control relay. See RELAYS under MOTORS, RELAYS & SOLENOIDS.
