Generators & Regulators: Overhaul

Replace brushes if worn to limit. Limit is .15" (3.8 mm) on Diamante and .08" (2 mm) on all other models. Brushes can be retained in brush holder while installing rotor by inserting wire through back of rear housing. See Fig 1 .
