Removal And Installation: Notes
CAUTION:
- Before replacing the transaxle assembly, you should make a note of the serial No. which is stamped on the new transaxle assembly (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE ).
- When the transaxle assembly is replaced, carry out the following operations.
- Initialization Procedure for CVT Learned Value (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE FOR CVT LEARNED VALUE .)
- Learning Procedure (Refer to INITIALIZATION PROCEDURE .)
Pre-removal and post-installation operation
- Engine Room Under Cover Front A, B and Engine Room Side Cover Removal and Installation. (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION )
- Transmission Fluid Draining and Refilling. (Refer to TRANSMISSION FLUID CHANGE )
- Engine Coolant Draining and Refilling. (Refer to ENGINE COOLANT CHANGE - 2.0L ENGINE NON-TURBO, 2.4L ENGINE )
- Air Cleaner Assembly, Air Cleaner Bracket Removal and Installation. (Refer to AIR CLEANER )
- Battery and Battery Tray Removal and Installation. (Refer to BATTERY REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION )
- Headlight Support Panel Cover Removal and Installation (Refer to REMOVAL AND INSTALLATION ).
- Engine Upper Cover Removal and Installation. (Refer to CAMSHAFT <2.0L engine> or CAMSHAFT <2.4L engine>)
- ECM Removal and Installation (Refer to <2.0L engine> ENGINE CONTROL MODULE or <2.4L engine> ENGINE CONTROL MODULE ).
