Spray Pattern

  1. To test spray pattern, pump tester handle one time per second. Check spray pattern. See Fig 1 . If pattern is not correct, clean or replace nozzle.

  2. Maintain pressure at 142-284 psi (10-20 kg/cm2 ) below initial injection pressure. Check that there is no dripping from nozzle tip or around body. See Fig 1 . If there is leakage, overhaul or replace injector.
