Throttle Position Sensor
The throttle position sensor is attached to the throttle body and actuates in response to throttle valve opening. This sensor contains a potentiometer which varies output voltage according to throttle valve position. Voltage varies from zero at idle to 5 volts at full throttle. See Fig 1 .
