The clutch assembly is a single disc type with a diaphragm spring pressure plate. Pulsar NX and Sentra use a mechanical release system consisting of clutch cable, release lever and release bearing. Axxess, Maxima and Stanza use a hydraulically controlled clutch system consisting of a master cylinder, slave cylinder, release lever and release bearing. Both systems are controlled by the clutch pedal.
