Removal and Installation: Installation

Installation is in the reverse order of removal.

NOTE:

When replacing the BCM, it must be configured. Refer to "CONFIGURATION : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
When replacing the BCM, perform initialization of NATS system and registration of all NATS ignition key IDs. Refer to "CONFIGURATION : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
When replacing the BCM, perform ID registration procedure of low tire pressure warning system. Refer to "ID REGISTRATION PROCEDURE ".
When replacing the BCM, register the remote keyless entry system keyfob ID codes. Refer to "ADDITIONAL SERVICE WHEN REPLACING CONTROL UNIT : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT ".
When replacing the BCM, perform adjustment procedure for the steering angle sensor. Refer to "ADJUSTMENT OF STEERING ANGLE SENSOR NEUTRAL POSITION : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT " (Type 1) or "ADJUSTMENT OF STEERING ANGLE SENSOR NEUTRAL POSITION : SPECIAL REPAIR REQUIREMENT " (Type 2).
