Chassis Control Module (With Built in Steering Angle Sensor)
The chassis control module (with built in steering angle sensor) sends a signal to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) via CAN communication:
- Steering angle sensor malfunction signal
- Steering wheel rotation amount
- Steering wheel rotation angular velocity
- Steering wheel rotation direction
- Intelligent trace control signal
- Component function within the system
Chassis control module, according to the signals from each sensor, each switch, and each control unit, controls automatic brake hold.
- Individual component function
- Transmits automatic brake hold activation request signal and automatic brake hold deactivation request signal to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit).
- Transmits electric parking brake signal to ABS actuator and electric unit (control unit) and electric parking brake control module.
