Work Procedure

CAUTION: When replacing the following parts, remove a two-dimensional code label on intake manifold.

Camshaft
Timing chain
Engine assembly ^*

*: When replacing engine assembly except the intake manifold.

PERFORM VALVE TIMING OFFSET DATA CLEAR
With CONSUL
1. Turn ignition switch ON
2. Select "VALVE TIMING OFFSET DATA CLEAR" in "WORK SUPPORT" of "ENGINE" using CONSULT.
3. Touch "START" and clear valve timing offset value.
