Remote Keyless Entry System Check

Press the door LOCK button on the transmitter. All doors should lock. If doors do not lock, go to:
- TRANSMITTER under SYSTEM TESTS.
- TEST A: DOOR LOCK INOPERATIVE WITH TRANSMITTER under SYSTEM TESTS.
Press the door UNLOCK button on the transmitter. The left front door unlocks. If not, go to:
- TEST B: LEFT FRONT DOOR UNLOCK INOPERATIVE WITH TRANSMITTER under SYSTEM TESTS.
Press the door UNLOCK button on the transmitter twice within 4 seconds. All of the doors unlock. If not, go to:
- TEST A: DOOR LOCK INOPERATIVE WITH TRANSMITTER (ALL) under SYSTEM TESTS.
Press the rear compartment release button on the transmitter. The rear compartment (trunk) lid should open. If not, go to:
- TEST E: REAR RELEASE INOPERATIVE WITH TRANSMITTER under SYSTEM TESTS.
Press the panic button on the transmitter. The horn should sound and the lights should flash. If not, go to:
- TEST D: PANIC MODE INOPERATIVE under SYSTEM TESTS.
Press any button on the transmitter. The selected function should operate. If not, go to:
- TEST F: REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY SYSTEM INOPERATIVE under SYSTEM TESTS.
