EGR Electronic Control Unit Connector Check

  1. Disconnect ECU connector plug. Remove upper section on connector to perform resistance and voltage checks.
  2. Connect a voltmeter at pin 4. Check voltage from pin 4 to pin 8, then pin 12 and pin 24. Reading between each should be at least 11.4 volts.
