Incorrect Fuel Pressure
- If pressure is below 33.4 psi (2.3 kg/cm2 ), pinch fuel pressure regulator's return hose using Clamps (-.1512 P.N. 9763.74). If pressure is now more than 4 bars, check fuel pressure regulator. If pressure is now less than 4 bars, check current supply to fuel pumps.
- If pressure is above 39.2 psi (2.7 kg/cm2 ), disconnect fuel pressure regulator's return hose. Connect in its place, a hose with its other end inside a graduated burette. If pressure is now between 33.4-39.2 psi (2.3-2.7 kg/cm2 ), check condition of fuel return hose to tank. If pressure is now 2.7 bars, check fuel pressure regulator.
