Test VER-1A - Verification Procedure

  1. Reconnect all previously disconnected components and wiring. Turn ignition on. Use scan tool to erase trouble codes. Turn ignition off and wait at least 5 seconds and then turn ignition on (engine off).
  2. Operate system that was malfunctioning to verify correct operation. If system does not operate properly, go to SYMPTOM ID TEST 1A  . If system operates properly, read fault messages using scan tool. If any codes are present, go to SYMPTOM ID TEST 1A  . If no codes are present, repair is complete.
