PCV System
Inspect PCV system hoses to verify they are clear and in serviceable condition. Check vacuum orifice in intake manifold on a regular basis, and clean if necessary. System performance is dependent on engine sealing. Faulty seals or excessively worn rings and valves will cause sludge build-up or oil contamination. See Fig 1 .
