Feature Customization Mode

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Remove MALL PGM (10-amp) fuse from instrument panel fuse block. Turn ignition switch to ACC position. Feature customization mode is now entered. Seat belt indicator will illuminate and chime will sound 2, 3 or 4 times to indicate type of BCM used in vehicle. See DESCRIPTION & OPERATION  . Ensure installed BCM is compatible with features available on vehicle. Replace BCM if necessary. If correct BCM is installed, customize appropriate system(s) (if equipped). See AUTOMATIC POWER DOOR LOCK AND UNLOCK FEATURES CUSTOMIZATION  , CONTENT THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM FEATURES CUSTOMIZATION  , CONTENT THEFT DETERRENT SYSTEM ARMING & DISARMING CUSTOMIZATION  , INTERIOR ILLUMINATION CONTROL SYSTEM FEATURES CUSTOMIZATION  , LAST DOOR CLOSED LOCKING & LOCKOUT PREVENTION CUSTOMIZATION  and/or REMOTE KEYLESS ENTRY (RKE) SYSTEM CUSTOMIZATION  . To exit customization mode after programming is complete, Turn ignition switch to OFF position, then reinstall MALL PGM fuse.
