Intermittent Simulation

Use the following methods to reproduce conditions causing intermittent problem(s):

• Apply light vibration to components.
• Apply small amount of heat to component.
• Wiggle or bend wiring harness.
• Remove/apply vacuum supply source.

Monitor circuit/component voltage or resistance while attempting to simulate intermittent. Use test results to identify problem component or circuit.
