HVAC Module Assembly: Reassembly

  1. Install the upper mode door to the heater module. See Figure. Install the heater module cover to the heater module. Install the defroster door to the HVAC module. See Figure.
  2. Install the defroster door linkage and actuator. Install the HVAC module cover to the HVAC module. Install the retaining screws to the HVAC cover.
