Installation Procedure

  1. Position the sunroof module to the vehicle roof with an assistant.
    2. NOTE: Refer to Fastener Notice in Cautions and Notices.
  2. Install the sunroof module bolts to the sunroof module.

    Tighten:  Tighten the sunroof module bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the front and rear drain hoses to the sunroof module.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the sunroof module assembly.
  5. Inspect for proper operation of the sunroof.
  6. Install the headliner. Refer to Headliner Replacement (Rendezvous) or Headliner Replacement (Aztek) in Interior Trim.
  7. Install the sunroof sunshade. Refer to Sunroof Sunshade Panel Replacement .
