HVAC Module Assembly: Installation

  1. Install the HVAC module to the vehicle. Install the nuts retaining the HVAC module. Install the evaporator front cover (if equipped).
  2. Install the evaporator case front cover retaining screws (if equipped). Install the insulator cover. Install the evaporator tube to the evaporator.
  3. Install the accumulator (if equipped). Connect the electrical connectors to the low pressure sensor. Install the battery to the vehicle.
  4. Install the coolant recovery reservoir or surge tank. Fill the engine coolant.
  5. Evacuate and recharge the A/C system (if equipped).
