Installation Procedure

WARNING: This page is about a different car, the 2003 Pontiac Aztek and 2003 Buick Rendezvous. However, it is still accessible from the selected car via links, so may be relevant.
  1. Position the sunroof module to the vehicle roof with an assistant.
  2. Install the sunroof module bolts to the sunroof module.

    Tighten 

    Tighten the sunroof module bolts to 10 N.m (89 lb in).

  3. Connect the front and rear drain hoses to the sunroof module.
  4. Connect the electrical connector to the sunroof module assembly.
  5. Inspect for proper operation of the sunroof.
  6. Install the headliner. Refer to HEADLINER REPLACEMENT (AZTEK) or HEADLINER REPLACEMENT (RENDEZVOUS) .
  7. Install the sunroof sunshade. Refer to SUNROOF SUNSHADE PANEL REPLACEMENT  .
