Body Control Module: Removal

Turn ignition switch to OFF position. Disconnect negative battery cable. Remove lower instrument panel insulator. Locate BCM under right side of instrument panel, mounted to HVAC duct. See Figure. Unsnap BCM from HVAC duct bracket BCM. Disconnect BCM harness connectors. Disconnect IP harness extension from BCM.
