Removal Procedure

  1. Remove the accelerator and servo control module. Refer to Accelerator and Servo Control Module (ASM) Replacement in Antilock Brakes.
  2. Fig 1: View Of PIM Control Module & Electrical Connector

  3. Disconnect the electrical connector (2) from the PIM control module.
  4. Remove the powertrain interface module (PIM) control module (1) from the vehicle.
