Enrichment Valve Check
- Visually inspect enrichment valve line on aluminum ductwork at turbo outlet. Line should have .012" (.30 mm) inside diameter. Apply 19 psi (1.34 kg/cm2 ) to enrichment valve. Accelerate engine.
- Idle speed should drop to 2500 RPM or less. If not, apply 19 psi (1.34 kg/cm2 ) to enrichment valve and check resistance between enrichment valve terminals. If resistance is zero, replace enrichment valve. If resistance is infinite, check the electrical circuit for open circuit.
