Error Code 12111

  1. The check engine light is off. There is a problem with oxygen sensor self-compensating circuit (air-fuel ratio is incorrect while driving).
  2. Check for air fuel leaks. Check oxygen sensor pre-heater circuit and sensor output. Check ELCD system. Check fuel pressures.
