Removal & Installation: Starters: Removal

Disconnect negative battery cable. Raise and support vehicle. Disconnect starter electrical connectors and lay wires aside. Remove starter-to-engine block bolts. Pull starter rearward, toward left side of vehicle and remove starter. See Figure.
