Fuel Pump Module: Installation

  1. Install fuel level sender onto new fuel pump. Refer to SENDER UNIT & FLOAT  .
  2. Install new fuel pump with level sender and new fuel pump-to-tank seal. Ensure orientation tabs are aligned. See Figure .
  3. Use fuel tank lock ring remover to install fuel pump lock ring. See Figure .
  4. Connect fuel lines and wiring harness.
  5. Install fuel tank. Refer to FUEL TANK  .
