Secondary Fuel Pump Module: Installation
- Install fuel level sending unit into new fuel pump. Refer to FUEL LEVEL SENDER UNIT AND FLOAT .
- Insert new secondary fuel pump module with level sender and new fuel pump-to-tank seal. Ensure orientation tabs are aligned.
- Use Fuel Tank Lock Ring Remover SA9156E to install fuel pump lock ring.
IMPORTANT: New fuel line quick connect retainers must be used.
- Connect the fuel lines and wiring harness to secondary fuel pump module.
- Install fuel tank. Refer to FUEL TANK .
