Installation Procedure
- Use the retaining tab to secure the TCM when installing the TCM to the underhood junction block bracket.
- Install the TCM harness connectors to the TCM, as noted during removal.
- Connect the negative battery cable. Refer to BATTERY NEGATIVE CABLE DISCONNECT/CONNECT PROCEDURE in Battery.
- Program the TCM. Refer to Transmission Control Module Reprogramming Procedures .
