Power Point Socket: Installation

  1. INSTALL POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY 
    1. Align the socket with the notch on the power point socket cover and push the power point socket assembly in as hard as possible.
  2. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE BOX SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  INSTRUMENT PANEL -- TC  ) 
  3. INSTALL REAR CONSOLE PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY UPPER (See  INSTRUMENT PANEL -- TC  ) 
  4. INSTALL FRONT CONSOLE PANEL UPPER (See  INSTRUMENT PANEL -- TC  ) 
  5. INSTALL SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (See  INSTRUMENT PANEL -- TC  ) 
  6. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 
  7. PERFORM INITIALIZATION 
    1. Perform initialization (see INITIALIZATION ).
      NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
