Cigarette Lighter: Removal: Installation

  1. Align the socket with the notch on the cigarette lighter bezel stay and push the cigarette lighter in as hard as possible. Install the cigarette lighter knob and element.

  2. Attach the 2 claws to install the cigarette lighter cover.
  3. Install front ash receptacle assembly.
  4. Install no. 2 instrument cluster finish panel. See INSTALLATION .

  5. Install no. 1 instrument cluster finish panel.
  6. Connect cable to negative battery terminal.
  7. Perform initialization as necessary.
    NOTE: Certain systems need to be initialized after disconnecting and reconnecting the cable from the negative (-) battery terminal.
