System Outline
The current is applied at all times to TERMINAL 3 of the combination meter through the ECU-B fuse.
When the ignition SW is turned to ON position, current flows to TERMINAL 4 of the combination meter through the MET IG2 fuse. When the light control SW is turned to the Tail or Head position, current is applied to TERMINAL 6 of the combination meter through the PANEL fuse.
Light Reminder System
When the light control SW is in the Tail or Head position, the ignition SW turned to OFF from ON position, the ignition key is not in the key cylinder and the driver door is opened (Door courtesy SW on), current flows to TERMINAL 4 of the combination meter stops. As a result, the combination meter is activated and current flows from TERMINAL 3 of the combination meter, the buzzer in the combination meter sounds to remind the driver that the lights are still on.
