Power Outlet Socket: Removal

  1. REMOVE SHIFT LEVER KNOB SUB-ASSEMBLY (for Manual Transaxle)  (See REMOVAL )
  2. REMOVE INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER LOWER PANEL  (See REMOVAL )
  3. REMOVE FRONT NO. 2 CONSOLE BOX INSERT  (See REMOVAL )
  4. REMOVE FRONT NO. 1 CONSOLE BOX INSERT  (See REMOVAL )
  5. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER PANEL (for Automatic Transaxle)  (See REMOVAL )
  6. REMOVE INSTRUMENT PANEL FINISH LOWER PANEL (for Manual Transaxle)  (See REMOVAL )
  7. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET ASSEMBLY 
    1. Using a screwdriver, disengage the claw, then turn the power outlet socket clockwise and push the power outlet socket half way out.

    2. Align the protrusion on the power outlet socket with the cutout of the power outlet socket cover and then push the power outlet socket out.

  8. REMOVE POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER 
    1. Disengage the 2 claws and remove the power outlet socket cover.
