Light Control Rheostat: Installation

  1. INSTALL LIGHT CONTROL RHEOSTAT 
    1. Engage the 2 claws to install the light control rheostat.

  2. INSTALL NO. 1 SWITCH HOLE BASE  (See INSTALLATION ).
  3. INSTALL UPPER INSTRUMENT PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION ).
  4. INSTALL GLOVE COMPARTMENT DOOR ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION ).
  5. INSTALL COMBINATION METER ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION  )
  6. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH PANEL ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION ).
  7. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH LOWER PANEL  (See INSTALLATION ).
  8. INSTALL INSTRUMENT CLUSTER FINISH CENTER PANEL SUB-ASSEMBLY  (See INSTALLATION ).
  9. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH LH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  10. INSTALL FRONT PILLAR GARNISH RH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  11. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP LH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  12. INSTALL FRONT DOOR OPENING TRIM WEATHERSTRIP RH  (See INSTALLATION ).
  13. CONNECT CABLE TO NEGATIVE BATTERY TERMINAL 

    Torque: 5.4 N*m (55 kgf*cm, 48 in.*lbf)
