Rear Console Box: Reassembly

  1. INSTALL POWER OUTLET SOCKET COVER (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and install the power outlet socket cover.
  2. INSTALL POWER POINT SOCKET ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof)  ( INSTALLATION )
  3. INSTALL NO. 1 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY 
    1. Engage the 2 claws and install the No. 1 stereo jack adapter assembly.
  4. INSTALL NO. 2 STEREO JACK ADAPTER ASSEMBLY  ( INSTALLATION )

  5. INSTALL CONSOLE BOX WIRE 
    1. Connect the connector and install the console box wire.

  6. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR CUSHION (w/ Roof Window Glass) 
    1. Peel off the release paper from 2 new console compartment door cushions.
    2. Install the console compartment door cushions.

  7. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  8. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Roof Window Glass) 
    1. Install the console compartment door lock sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
  9. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK BASE (w/ Sliding Roof) 
  10. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR LOCK PIN (w/ Sliding Roof)

  11. INSTALL INNER CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the inner console compartment door with the 4 screws.

  12. INSTALL NO. 2 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Engage the claw and install the No. 2 console compartment door stopper.

  13. INSTALL NO. 1 CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR STOPPER (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Engage the claw and install the No. 1 console compartment door stopper.

  14. INSTALL OUTER CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the outer console compartment door with the 2 screws.

  15. INSTALL BOX BOTTOM MAT (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the box bottom mat.

  16. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Install the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
      NOTE: Make sure that the stopper is positioned as shown in the illustration.

  17. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR HINGE SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Roof Window Glass) 
    1. Install the console compartment door hinge sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
      NOTE: Make sure that the stopper is positioned as shown in the illustration.

  18. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Sliding Roof) 
    1. Insert the pins on the console compartment door into the guide holes on the console box to temporarily install the console compartment door.

    2. Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.

  19. INSTALL CONSOLE COMPARTMENT DOOR SUB-ASSEMBLY (w/ Roof Window Glass) 
    1. Insert the pins on the console compartment door into the guide holes on the console box to temporarily install the console compartment door.

    2. Install the console compartment door sub-assembly with the 2 screws.
