On-Vehicle Inspection

  1. INSPECT INTEGRATION RELAY (Built in horn relay) 
    1. Check the resistance of the horn relay.
      1. Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

        Standard resistance 

        STANDARD RESISTANCE SPECIFICATIONS

        Tester Connection Condition Specified Condition
        A8 - T6 When battery voltage is absent 10 kΩ or higher
        A8 - T6 When battery voltage applied to terminal A7 and T6 Below 1 Ω

        If the result is not as specified, replace the integration relay.
