Calibration Test
Ensure tire pressure is correct. Using a calibrated, reliable speedometer tester, compare speedometer tester readings to vehicle speedometer readings. If vehicle speedometer readings are not within range of allowable variation, replace speedometer assembly. See SPEEDOMETER ALLOWABLE VARIATION .
