Cooling Fan: Cooling: Radiator: Installation

Attach radiator mounting cushions to pins on the lower side of radiator.

Install radiator while fitting radiator pins to cushions.
NOTE: Fit pins on lower side of radiator into cushions on body side.

Install radiator brackets and tighten bolts.
Tightening torque: 18 N.m (1.8 kgf-m, 13.0 ft-lb)

Connect radiator inlet hose.

Install reservoir tank.
Tightening torque: 4.9 N.m (0.50 kgf-m, 3.6 ft-lb)

Lift-up the vehicle.
Attach ATF cooler hose to a clip under the radiator main fan shroud. (AT vehicles only)

Connect ATF cooler hoses. (AT vehicles only)

Connect radiator outlet hose.

Connect connectors to radiator main fan motor (A) and sub fan motor (B).

Install under cover.
Lower the vehicle.
Install V-belt covers.

Connect battery ground cable.

Fill coolant. Refer to FILLING OF ENGINE COOLANT .
Check ATF level. Refer to AUTOMATIC TRANSMISSION FLUID .
