Disconnect the ground cable from battery.

Remove the air cleaner case. < Ref. to REMOVAL , Air Cleaner Case. >
Remove the spark plug cords by pulling the boot. (Do not pull the cord itself.)

Remove the spark plug with a spark plug socket.
