Clutch System: Flywheel: Inspection

NOTE: The illustration below is for a Turbo model. However, perform the same procedures for the Non-turbo model.

CAUTION: Since this bearing is grease-sealed and is a non-lubrication type, do not wash with gasoline or any solvents.

Damage on sliding surface of facing and the ring gear
If defective, replace the flywheel.

Smoothness of rotation
Rotate the ball bearing while applying pressure in the thrust direction.
If noise or excessive play is noted, replace the flywheel.
