Switch Power Window Sub Rear

  1. Measure the resistance between terminals of the switch power window sub rear.

    Preparation tool: 

    Circuit tester

    • Base grade, except for base grade (model without telematics)

  2. Apply battery voltage between the switch power window sub rear terminals to check lighting condition of illumination inside the switch.
    CAUTION: When applying battery voltage, do not mix up the positive (+) side and the negative (-) side. Incorrect polarity connection may cause LED damage inside the switch.
    • Base grade, except for base grade (model without telematics)

      Apply battery voltage. Light ON
    • Except for base grade (model with telematics)
      Terminal No. Inspection conditions Standard
      7 (+) - 2 (-) Apply battery voltage. Light ON
  3. Replace the switch power window sub rear if it is found defective from the inspection result.
