Sunroof Control System: Operation: Initialization

NOTE: If the switch is released during initialization operation, perform the procedure over again.
  1. Turn the ignition switch to ON.
  2. Completely tilt up the glass lid.
  3. Release the switch once, and press and hold the tilt up switch or close switch again for approx. 10 seconds.
  4. Initial learning mode will start to operate until the fully tilt open mechanical lock position.

    The glass lid moves to the fully closed position, fully open position, and the fully closed position successively, and stops at the fully closed position.

  5. Release the tilt up switch or the close switch, and turn the ignition switch to OFF.
  6. Initial learning is completed.
