Section 19 (Engine Cooling System): Radiator: Assembly

  1. Attach the radiator upper gasket.
    CAUTION:

    Always use a new radiator upper gasket. 

    NOTE:
    • Align the part to the reference position (a) and adhere to the protruding portion (b). 
    • Attach the part so that it does not overlap with the identification label (c).

  2. Attach the radiator lower gasket.
    CAUTION:

    Always use a new radiator lower gasket. 

    NOTE:

    Align the part to the reference position (a) and adhere it.

  3. Attach the radiator side gasket RH.
    CAUTION:

    Always use a new radiator side gasket RH. 

    NOTE:

    Align the part to the front side portion of the reinforcement (a) and adhere it.

  4. Attach the radiator side gasket LH.
    CAUTION:

    Always use a new radiator side gasket LH. 

    NOTE:

    Align the part to the front side portion of the reinforcement (a) and adhere it.

  5. Install the over flow hose (A) and radiator inlet hose (B).

  6. Install the radiator sub fan and fan motor. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>RADIATOR SUB FAN AND FAN MOTOR>INSTALLATION .
  7. Install the radiator main fan and fan motor. Ref. to COOLING (H4DOTC)>RADIATOR MAIN FAN AND FAN MOTOR>INSTALLATION .
