Tumble Generator Valve Assembly: Removal

  1. Disconnect the ground cable from battery.
  2. Remove the intake manifold. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (STI)>INTAKE MANIFOLD>REMOVAL .
  3. Disconnect the connector from the tumble generator valve assembly.

  4. Remove the fuel injector. Refer to FUEL INJECTION (FUEL SYSTEMS) (STI)>FUEL INJECTOR>REMOVAL .
  5. Remove the tumble generator valve assembly from the intake manifold.
