No-Load Performance Test

Connect battery negative to starter housing. Connect battery positive to Ammeter. Connect other side of Ammeter to starter "S" and "BAT" terminals. Check that starter rotates smoothly. Current draw from the starter should be 60 amps at 11.5 volts.
