Coolant Temperature Gauge: Notes

Disconnect Yellow/White wire connector at temperature sending unit. Connect a 12-volt 3.4-watt bulb to harness side of connector, between power terminal and ground. Turn ignition on. Ensure test light flashes and temperature gauge needle deflects. If not, replace temperature gauge. SeeFigure .
