Coolant Temperature Sending Unit Test

Warm sending unit with water. See Fig 1 . Using an ohmmeter, sending unit resistance should be 134-179 ohms at 122° F (50° C), 48-57 ohms at 176° F (80° C) and 26-29 ohms at 212° F (100° C).
