Idle Speed Control (ISC) System

Warm engine to operating temperature. Monitor engine RPM with engine idling. Turn headlights and blower fan on. Operational noise should be heard from ISC solenoid with engine at curb idle. If ISC solenoid is silent and idle speed is incorrect, check ISC solenoid. See ISC SOLENOID  .
