Code 52

  1. Ensure engine is at normal operating temperature. Road test, increasing vehicle speed to 35-45 MPH (57-64 KM/H) in 5th gear for M/T vehicles and "D" (OD on) for A/T vehicles.
  2. Maintain speed/steady throttle pressure for at least 10 minutes. Stop vehicle and engine. Restart engine and repeat step 1).
