Warning Controller
- Disconnect warning controller harness connector. Connect negative battery voltage to terminals No. 15 and 17 of warning controller. Connect positive battery voltage to terminals No. 16 and 20 of warning controller. SeeFig 1
. If buzzer sounds for 4-8 seconds, go to next step. If buzzer does not sound for 4-8 seconds, replace warning controller.
- Connect positive battery voltage to terminal No. 16 of warning controller. Connect negative battery voltage to terminals No. 2 and 17. If buzzer sound constantly, go to next step. If buzzer does not sound constantly, replace warning controller.
- Connect positive battery voltage to terminal No. 12 of warning controller. Connect negative battery voltage to terminals No. 7 and 17. If buzzer sounds constantly, controller is operating properly at this time. If buzzer does not sound constantly, replace warning controller.
